Australian all rounder Andrew Symonds was fined and was decided by team coach and acting captain that he will not play in any of the remaining 2 one day internationals against bangladesh.
Symonds, 33 was supposed to take part in a team meeting on friday evening but instead went for fishing. This is not the first time he has faced problem as in 2005, he went through all night drinking session and than reportedly reached in ground in drunk condition. He was than suspended for 2 matches. In the last series against west indies, he had also failed to be on ground in time after missing the player bus.
As per Australian cricket board spokesperson, symond has been warned that any such action in future will make him lose his lucrative agreement with australian cricket board and can put his cricketing career in jeopardy.
