La libertad bajo fianza ha sido concedida sobre la base de que estaba en libertad bajo fianza en todo caso como el de'93 hasta 2007 y desde que el caso está siendo tribunal supremo, que se puede conceder la libertad bajo fianza condicionada. His passport will be there with Mumbai Police and he can not leave the nation with prior permission. Su pasaporte se Mumbai allí con la policía y él no puede abandonar el país con un permiso previo.
