Before I compare all the broadband service providers of India, here is a little personal experience(it is more like rant) about my Broadband Connection.以前我比较所有宽频服务供应商的印度，这里是一个不大的个人经验（它更像rant ） ，对我的宽带连接。 I am having Tata Indicom unlimited(?) Every year some news magazines like India Today, OutLook and DataQuest devotes a full edition to compile a list of India's top 10 engineering colleges.每年都有一些新闻杂志和印度一样，今天，人生观和dataquest篇幅全面版编纂一份名单印度的前10名工科院校。 Though some doubts are always raised over the methodoligies followed while making these lists and questions are raised of how come suddenly BITS Pilani goes out from Top 10 when previous year it ranked 2nd !虽然有些疑惑始终是筹集资金超过了methodoligies之后，而作出这些名单和问题，提出了如何来突然比特pilani云出前10名时，前一年则排名第二！ or how Netaji Subhash Institute of technology ranked higher than BITS Pilani ( DataQuest rating 2005 )或如何netaji subhash技术学院的排名高于比特pilani （ dataquest的评级2005 ）
