Sach ka Samna is a reality show broadcast by Star Plus, where the contestants are asked questions about their life, and the answer is in terms of ‘yes’ or ‘no’. A polygraph machine is attached to the participant and it verifies if the contestant is speaking the truth or not. For every right answer the contestant is awarded a fixed amount of money. The show is an adaptation of the internationally acclaimed show called Moment of Truth. This show has a huge fan base all over the world, including India. It is a psychological game and it puts to test the nerve and integrity of the contestant. All the uncomfortable truths that the contestant will reveal will be done in front of their relatives and friends.
Before they appear on the actual show, the contestants are asked 50 questions with a polygraph machine attached to their body. The polygraph machine measures the pulse rate and the blood pressure of the contestant and uses it later to decide whether the answer is true or not.
MG Road is basically the busiest road of a city that is named after Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation. Several cities of India have a road by this name like Pune, Chennai, Lucknow, Kochi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram. The national capital of India, Delhi also has MG Road, but the abbreviation stands for Mehrauli-Gurgoan Road. In fact, it is the only MG Road that is not related to Mahatma Gandhi.
MG Road Bangalore, also called South Parade by the British India, is an important road of the city that is full of activity throughout the day. It runs between Trinity Circle and Anil Kimble Circle, and is lined by ritzy office buildings, eclectic hotels, restaurants and eating joints, retail stores and old world shops, pubs, cafes, shopping malls and cinema halls. Adjacent to it are the Museum Road and Brigade Road. Close by is the Ranganathan Street, that is a sprawling shopping area.

This is a very old video and must have been watched by millions (this video don't have that much views but I know its veyr popular, though this one is extended one)
The number of shopping malls in India is increasing exponentially with Big Bazaar, a subsidiary of Pantaloon Retail India Ltd stores opening everywhere.BB is one of its kind hypermarkets in India. With over 100 stores across the length and breadth of the country, it is the biggest retail facility catering to millions of people. Established with the intention to provide a complete shopping experience, In Chennai at Ranganathan Street I can see atleast 3 huge shopping malls (Chennai also boats south asia's biggest shopping mall too!).
These hypermarkets are built on a business model that focuses high volume, but low margin sales. In simple words, by keeping the price of the commodities exceedingly low, Big Bazaar tries to attract customers from all the segments of the society and thereby makes profits.
I ofcourse don't see the show but from whatever I have seen on youtube, I am very much sure that Rakhi ka Swayamvar has set new lows in Indian television whcih has already very low standards thanks to infotainment news channels.
There are 2 more new reality shows launched in India, first one is Iss Jungle se mujhe bachao (save me from this jungle) and Sach ka samna (based on American The Moment of Truth) with Sach ka Samna already in controversy due to the vulgar questions being asked in the show.
