In order to obtain a visa the first and foremost requirement is to have a valid passport, which is issued by Government of India from Passport Offices. To obtain a passport, you can apply to any passport office in or near your city. It can take at least one month for you to get the passport. If you want it fast, use express method which will cost you Rs 2000 (as compared to 1k for regular passport application)

Once you have a valid passport, you are eligible to obtain a Visa to travel abroad.

I can write on and on, on this topic about the best coaching institute in India for JEE but will stick to only 4 of them. I am just covering Institutes who  are specialized in IIT JEE and are well known and established.

Brilliant Tutorial - It is one of the best coaching institutes in India for IIT JEE. It offers both classroom coaching and correspondence coaching for the students. The course materials are very good. It offers courses for different students reading in different standards. It also offers crash courses for the upcoming examinations. The coaching is tough and good. The teachers who taught are good and knowledgeable. It has a good testing facility. It periodically holds tests for the courses and this helps student in he actual tests. Mock tests also help the students to know what may be the examination paper style and format. Interaction between the teachers and students is good. They show a way to do the things.

There was a time not so long ago when in India, flying by plane was considered to by luxury but with Air Deccan's who opened the doors for cheap air tickets in India, everything has changed. They may not provide best of service but they are alright for there price. There are 5-6 cheap airlines working in India currently, IndiaGo Air, Air Deccan, GoAir, SpiceJet, AllianceAir and Paramount. Many of them only work on selected routes though. Here is a much more detailed review of each of them. I hope you will find it informative.

INDIGO AIR : Indigo air is a domestic low cost airline. It offers economical services to the passengers. Seats are comfortable, the staff is good. Services offered are good. Though it is a budget airline, still its services are like those of the premium range. The ground staff is also helpful. It operates in most of the major areas in India and so you can take their service in most of such areas.

Edit - Ok, I knew it this thing will happen as using p*rn is a stop word for Google adsense so the moment I used it in the thread title, adsense stopped showing. :) Good Job Google Adnsense. Now anyway who sees it please do tell me as I am curious to know and wanted to do some more research on this.

Since Indian law do not support any kind of distribution or display of adult online content, it is fairly obvious people will find ways to do it. There are various sites and forums where such distribution is going on freely and such forums having memberships of 200k+ does tell something(actually it tells lot of things). You can find everything in these forums, from pics of movies to videos to torrents.
