As far I know, there is NO such service where you can buy online pets in India. Indians only prefers dogs as pets and if you going to spend some money than obviously you would like to see the pet once at least. Although I would still like to check the facts, you never know what's going on in cities like Bangalore/Mumba/Delhi Vizal, you are right. Dogindia does not provide online sale purchase. I guess this is going to evolve sooner or later. Dogsindia.com is truly informative but i believe It can improve a lot specially from UI perspective. I can think of many ways people can sell dogs through internet. I have sold pups, many times, using indiatimes.com classifieds (It used to be free once upon a time). In my personal opinion its even hard to sell Parrots online, lot of wildlife laws in place, and Parrots is a difficult art I would say. Its difficult to prove the sexing of parrots. Confirmed pairs are difficult to find. Also you can find lot of Dog breeders in india but its difficult to locate any parrot breeders.
